The demand for cloud based analytical platforms is constantly growing and we are now looking for a Tech Lead to join our growing team in Stockholm Gothenburg or Jnkping. You will work in a fastpaced environment where you will collaborate with some of the most brilliant minds in the field and contribute to the evolution of our platforms with your expertise.


About the role

As a Technical Leadyou will drive initiatives and lead delivery team in the development of exciting customer projects. You will have a critical role in coordinating and driving projects from start to finish from planning and development to implementation and ongoing monitoring progress you will be at the forefront of making things happen.

Not only will you be responsible for driving the project and leading the team but you will also be Reinsights representative for the customer assuring quality on our deliverables and taking leverage of Reinsights knowledge and expertise to deliver state of the art solutions.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and directing technical projects from start to finish
• Coordinating team members and external vendors
• Managing project timelines and project statuses
• Communicating with teams and customers to ensure project progress.
• Identifying and managing risks that may impact project progress
• Identify business opportunities and build on client relationships
• Coach mentor and transfer knowledge to your colleagues
• Contribute to crossteam collaboration within Reinsight

To be considered for the role we see that you come with the following experiences and skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management within business intelligence or related area
• University degree in computer science engineering business or other relevant area
• Experience in leading technical projects from start to finish
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Agile way of work
• Strong ability to collaborate with teams and customers including stakeholders in different levels of the organization.
• Good understanding of technical architecture and development processes for scalable data solutions
• Experience in managing timelines and project statuses for multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to identify and manage risks
• Business acumen and strong relationship building abilities
• Fluency in Swedish and English with good communication skills

And if you come with below experiences we see it as a great advantage:

• PhD in computer science engineering business or relevant related area
• Experience with AI projects
