Job Description
Role:
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings to coordinate efforts across the full Core product teams.
Identify and help resolve team dependencies and impediments.
Promote crossteam collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Ensure consistent application of Agile and Scrum practices across teams.
Support scalability of Agile practices within the organization and coach teams on scaling frameworks.
Coach and mentor Scrum Masters to improve their effectiveness.
Report on progress risks and issues to Core cross team providing transparency on performance and impediments.
Essential requirements:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
5 years of experience in Agile methodologies with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master role
Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing complex multiteam projects
Strong understanding of scaling Agile frameworks (not SAFe!)
Excellent communication facilitation and coaching skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Meritorious:
Experience in ERP implementations
Knowledge of D365 suite
