Job Description
Overview:
The PHP Laravel Developer plays a crucial role in our organization by developing and maintaining web applications using the PHP Laravel framework. They are responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of these applications contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the PHP Laravel framework
- Write clean secure and scalable code following best practices
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
- Integrate data from various backend services and databases
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to the operations and activities
- Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in code review and team meetings
- Contribute to technical documentation and user guides
- Handle software updates patches and bug fixes
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection
- Manage project timelines and meet deadlines
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver highquality software
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Proven work experience as a PHP Laravel Developer or similar role
- Sound knowledge of PHP programming language and the Laravel framework
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies including JavaScript HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and use Agile methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in software testing and debugging
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Knowledge of security and data protection
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
