We are seeking a passionate Solution Architect to join Toradex dynamic and energetic team. Toradex is dedicated to driving innovation and leveraging technology to achieve business objectives and support their ambitious growth plans. With your entrepreneurial and businessoriented mindset you grow into a leadership role for Toradex business process management teams (ERP and CRM teams) manage projects and define the crosstool/crossplatform architecture of new solutions with web technology integration with ERP CRM and other systems. You are handson and able to define lowlevel detailed technical solutions as well as highlevel architectures. Match Lets talk

Tasks

• Collaborating with the leadership team to understand business objectives strategies and operational requirements
• Assessing and analyzing current technology capabilities systems and infrastructure at Toradex to identify areas for improvement and innovation
• Taking the birdseye view and developing your horizon to different solution systems to propose and design technology solutions that enhance efficiency scalability and agility within the whole organization
• Driving IT projects (webbased platforms integration projects automation topics data insight improvements etc.) ensuring the desired business outcome
• Ensuring the integration and interoperability of different technology systems and
  platforms
• Defining and enforcing technology standards policies and procedures to maintain a cohesive and secure technology environment
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into
  technical solutions
• Staying updated with emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in
  enterprise architecture
• Growing into the leadership role for the ERP and CRM teams (Solution architects and developers 2 direct reports 4 indirect reports)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Information Systems or a related
  field
• Proven experience (4 years) as a Solution or Enterprise Architect
• First experience in project leadership paired with the collaboration skills to at a later point lead a crossfunctional team (solution architects business application managers developers)
• Strong project management skills
• Collaborating with crossfunctional project teams
• Project planning and execution (agile principles)
• Organized working style
• Sound IT architecture skills
• Web platforms (webshops customer portals etc.)
• Good IT security knowledge
• Integration with CRM ERP and other solutions
• General automation solutions
• Data architecture / Information architecture
• Good business sense and entrepreneurial mindset
• Translate objectives into initiatives and projects that show the desired business
  results
• Understand gaps and shortcomings of the current setup and deliver solutions to
  overcome them
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
