Job Description
Our client a global leader in the smart home industry is looking for a Technical Solution Engineer to join their growing team in Warsaw Poland.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for regular customer visits;
Coordinate and assist the business development team in the region identify new project requirements;
Analyze record and assist in resolving technical issues for all customers;
Responsible for products such as SDMC settop boxes Gpon Routeretc;
Collaborate with business and marketing teams to establish and promote new products and discover new business opportunities;
Participate in major bids;
Presales technical support participate in product network testing during sales provide technical consultation for customers after sales.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above
Knowledge in Android system experience in OTT or ONT products is an advantage;
Able to efficiently complete tasks assigned by superiors;
Fluency in both English and Polish.
