Job Description

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a sportsenthusiast datadriven and innovative individual to join our CRM team as a Sports CRM Specialist!
Tasks
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with the CRM team to execute all sportsbook campaigns.
- Create datadriven and localised CRM strategies for Sportsbook.
- Implement revamp and own the Sportsbook lifecycle and customer journeys.
- Report indirectly to the Head of Sportsbook ensuring strong vertical growth.
- Take ownership of Sportsbook retention figures.
- Enable effective budget management and allocation forecasting campaign metrics like engagement cost ROI and other key performance indicators for precise evaluation and optimization of campaigns.
- Work in collaboration with the Sportsbook department country managers and other stakeholders.
- Continuously update the teams knowledge of industry trends regulatory changes competitor strategies and CRM best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience with CRM tools and Sports campaign.
- Sports betting knowledge campaign planning campaign executor analytical skills and iGaming experience.
- Finnish language is an advantage.
