Job Description

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle for EPCIC projects, collaborating with legal and project teams.
  • Ensure precise alignment with project goals, maintain meticulous records, and provide insightful reports to management.
  • Coordinate seamless transitions from negotiation to implementation and monitor contract performance.
  • Conduct periodic contract reviews, identify areas for improvement, and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (FIDIC / NEC / BIMCO) is a plus.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contract-related risks, implementing effective strategies.
  • Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies specific to EPCIC projects, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, overseeing the procurement process.
  • Lead negotiations, balancing company interests with vendor expectations, and resolving disputes collaboratively.
  • Monitor vendor performance, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
