Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Field Tech to join our team in Macon GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT systems and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to endusers on various IT issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems
- Assist with system upgrades and installations
- Keep accurate records of IT equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with other team members on IT projects and initiatives

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
