Lighting Project Manager

This is a remote position.

• Develop lighting proposals in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• Utilize project management expertise to oversee lighting projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements assess feasibility and propose effective lighting solutions.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills to articulate project details address inquiries and provide updates.
  
• Utilize problemsolving skills to identify and resolve challenges encountered during lighting projects including technical issues budget constraints and scheduling conflicts.
  
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all project phases ensuring accuracy in specifications calculations and documentation.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in project management software lighting design software and other relevant tools to facilitate project planning tracking and reporting.
  
• Apply industry experience and knowledge of lighting codes standards and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize project outcomes.
  
• Provide input and recommendations for process improvements contributing to the continuous enhancement of team efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in energy efficiency initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Sustainability Engineering or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy efficiency sustainability electrical engineering or lighting.
  
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning scheduling budgeting resource allocation and risk management.
  
• Previous experience creating lighting proposals and managing lighting projects is preferred.
  
• Proven track record of effectively communicating with customers and stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in project management software such as ClickUp is desirable.
  
• Highly organized and processoriented with excellent attention to detail.
  
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  
• Enthusiasm for energy efficiency and a desire to make a positive impact.
  
• Willingness to work night shifts as needed.
  
• Longterm commitment to professional growth and development within the company.
  
• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  
• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  
• Must be able to work from 10PM to 7AM
