Job Description
PERSONAL ASSISTANT (Parttime)
Our client a local PhD professional who owns multiple businesses and properties is seeking a PartTime Personal Assistant to help support them in their daytoday tasks. This position is based in the WNY area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various daytoday tasks to ease their workload
- Coordinate schedule and arrange meetings & events ensuring time is being used efficiently
- Schedule appointments and followups as necessary
- Use proactive thinking to eliminate any issues that might arise
- Manage and complete special projects as they arise often juggling several at one time
- Answer incoming calls/emails addressing any issues/inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain a keen eye for details the ability to anticipate client s needs and utilize problemsolving skills to tackle issues as they arise
- Learn insandouts of PhD s daily schedule knowing when appropriate times to perform certain tasks will be
- Perform various household chores on a daily/weekly/as needed basis: laundry setting up/taking down decorations organizing closets maintaining a clean living space occasional cooking
- Run errands as necessary: grocery shopping taking car in to be serviced returning packages etc.
- Negotiate with vendors when coordinating events
- Complete special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is parttime 1525 hours per week depending on the week
- Monday thru Friday between the hours of 10:00am3:00pm EST
- $20.00 $25.00 per hour depending on experience
- Maintain ability to lift up to 25lbs
- 12 years experience
