Business Analyst

Availability to work 100% on Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required);
Technical or business work experience (35 years);
Experience working as a Business Analyst using both Agile and Waterfall (3 years);
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis business process modeling/mapping and methodology development;
Experience with Azure Cloud;
Experience in business process design and reengineering;
Experience communicating and working within crossdepartmental teams strong collaborative skills;
Experience with Microsoft Visio;
Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings;
Leadership experience;
Experience providing business analysis in a criminal justice environment (preferred);
Experience working with Law Enforcement Agencies and associated security requirements (preferred);
Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred);
Experience using the Offender Based Information System (OBIS) (preferred);
Experience with state government projects (preferred);
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred);
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science Information Systems other related field or four (4) years of equivalent work experience.
