Job Description

Overview:

The Customer Support Representative plays a crucial role in providing topnotch customer service to our clients. They are the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or live chat
  • Resolving customer problems and complaints in a professional manner
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Processing orders forms applications and requests
  • Managing and updating customer accounts
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other teams to address customer needs
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics

  • Assisting with training new team members

Required Qualifications:
