Job Description: As an Accounts Receivable at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for managing the incoming payments and ensuring that all accounts are up to date. Your main duties will include invoicing clients, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on overdue payments. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing support to the finance team. Responsibilities: - Invoice clients in a timely manner - Track and record incoming payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Follow up on overdue payments - Analyze financial data and prepare reports - Provide support to the finance team - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and adaptable - Presentation skills - Strategic planning skills
