Exp Fresher Can Also Apply For The Same With Good Communication. Kannada Langugage must be familar with candidate.

Job description of CCR:
1. Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Engage with customers via various channels including phone email and chat.
3. Address customer queries concerns and issues in a clear and culturally sensitive manner.
4. Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
5. Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.
7. Handle escalated complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
8. Take ownership of customer issues Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolutions.
9. Communicate fluently in Kannada and Marathi languages and decent understanding of Hindi and English Language to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Kannada and Marathi regional languages.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Customerfocused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
4. Problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
5. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
6. Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Education:
Graduate in any specialization.
