Job Description

Our CPA firm is looking for a reliable addition to our Administrative Team. With over 25 employees we offer a supportive work environment where teamwork and professionalism are valued. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience working in a CPA firm and/or dealing with tax return assembly.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of recent office experience.
  • Familiarity with Tax Return assembly/processing is a plus.
  • Availability for overtime during tax seasons (April and October).
  • Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiline phones.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our Accounting and Tax Staff.
  • Managing electronic document filing and organizing documents.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Serving as backup receptionist.

This is a fulltime position available immediately. Background check required.
