A day in your future role
No Cold Calling – You receive inquiries from interested parties consult them on our products over the phone and lay the foundation for our success with every contact.
Consultation – As an experienced consultant you will determine the needs of our interested parties and work with them to develop the optimal solution from our brand portfolio. You will provide advice regarding our various providers products installation options and price segments.
Scheduling – Your goal is to facilitate an onsite appointment for one of our field service agents.
Support – You take on projects and special tasks independently and thus provide important support for your manager and your team.
Quality Control – You manage your inquiries independently and ensure that no contact is lost through targeted followups.
Professionalization – Through constant selfreflection and active participation in coaching you can optimize your professional advice in order to work sustainably on your appointment quota.
What you bring
You have previous in outbound sales calling and are familiar with providing telephonic consultations to interested parties.
Lead processing sidebyside coaching and B2C are not just phrases for you but the foundations on which you build your success.
You have strong communication and expression skills in German both spoken and written.
You have an independent sales and serviceoriented way of working with a high level of commitment.
Empathy a positive attitude and the drive to achieve goals together as a team round off your personal profile.
MS Office and working with an ERP (Enterprise Resourcing System) are part of your everyday life. Ideally you have already worked with both.
You have flexibility in terms of time – we work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (divided into two shifts).
The Offer
WorkfromHome – We will set up a computer and accessories at your property and we will need some desk space. In addition an inverter is connected so that you can work without being affected by loadshedding. A separate room would be ideal but we expect you to be able to work undisturbed.
Internet Cost Contribution – An existing fibre internet connection is necessary; the company contributes to the monthly costs.
Electricity Cost Contribution – We contribute to the monthly electricity bills to cover electrical consumption generated by our technical equipment
German Working Hours – With the interested parties being based in Germany your work calendar follows the German holidays. This means that if there is a public holiday in South Africa but not in Germany you will be required to work and are paid overtime (2x daily wages). If there is a public holiday in Germany where South Africa does not have one a day of leave is taken or administration tasks completed as you will not be able to reach anyone telephonically in Germany.
Year End Leave – the company closes annually over the Christmas period and you will also be on holiday during this time taking annual leave for the closure period.
Quarterly Incentive – Your performance is measured every quarter and there is a “mini bonus” 4 times a year in relation to your personal performance. This is adjusted annually and is currently a maximum of Euro 750/quarter.
