About the Position
The ideal candidate will be part of a team responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of various aspects of a project and evaluating the cost impact to that project. The candidate will have familiar plans specifications and the CSI format.
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid the bidding process.
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates.

Requirements
- Familiarity with the local market.
- 1 3 years of construction experience preferred
- Construction Management educational background.
