Job Description
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys brand target audience and marketing goals. Content Creation: Create engaging and highquality (platform specific) content for various social media platforms including text images videos and infographics related to sports betting sports events and relevant topics. Content Writing: Write contents that can be used for Email Marketing SMS marketing Blogs Display Banners etc. Community Management: Build and nurture an active and passionate online community of sports enthusiasts through regular interaction responding to comments messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Social Listening: Monitor social media platforms for discussions trends and usergenerated content related to sports betting and sports events. Actively participate in relevant conversations and identify opportunities for engagement. Campaign Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive user acquisition engagement and brand awareness. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaign assets align with the overall marketing strategy. Influencer Management: Identify and collaborate with relevant sports betting influencers to amplify the companys reach enhance credibility and engage with the target audience. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics including engagement reach follower growth conversions and sentiment analysis. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize social media performance. Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest sports news trends and social media best practices. Apply this knowledge to generate innovative content ideas and capitalize on trending topics. Crisis Management: Monitor social media platforms for potential crises reputation management issues or customer concerns related to the sports betting industry. Act swiftly and effectively to mitigate negative impacts. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all social media content and interactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements specific to the sports betting industry.
