Job Overview

A company specializing in water management food and beverage processing and energy solutions is currently seeking the need of a country manager. He or she must possess good technological processes and must have indepth knowledge of technology and its knowhow. The Country Manager must be a team player and must have excellent leadership qualities. He or she must be detail oriented and confident and be able to think analytically.

Responsibilities

Training on the technologies as they are being built.

Starting and managing the projects

Expanding and building new projects

Taking over the existing team

Expanding the team

Responsibility for project operations business operations including business results.

The Country Manager reports directly to the EU HQ

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in related course
  
• 3 or more work experience in similar role
  
• A technical type
  
• Has experience in technology processes
  
• Experience in managing a mediumsized team
  
• Has a driver s license
  
• Willingness to work in a managerial position beyond 8 hours per day. Sometimes even on Saturdays and Sundays.
  
• Has good command of the English Language
  
• Knowledge of modern communication technologies serious demeanor respect and independent thinking
  
• Willingness to undertake shortterm training in Europe with the technology companies we represent
