Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor the Accounts Payable Officer will work as part of a team of 8 people including the IOR Head Office team members. The position will be responsible for essentially full function accounts payable duties including processing endtoend invoices undertaking supplier reconciliations responding to supplier queries and any adhoc administrative financial tasks.

Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 6 am to 3 pm with 30 minutes grace period
Work Setup: Onsite Baguio City
Salary: PHP 20000 to PHP 25000

What do you need to succeed
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in an Accounts Payable position in a highvolume environment.
  • A friendly approachable and customerfocused demeanor.
  • Experience with an ERP system.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for the role with thorough knowledge of the fullfunction Accounts Payable process.
  • Experience with a large ERP system is desirable.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
  • Substantial fullfunction accounts payable experience in a similar position preferably for a medium to larger organization.
  • Efficiency and strong attention to detail are critical.

  • Accurately and timely processing of a high volume of invoices.
  • Checking invoices to ensure correct allocation to appropriate Vendor accounts.
  • Reviewing and processing invoices to ensure all have been approved by appropriate managers in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensuring transactions are allocated to the correct GL and GST codes.
  • Promptly following up on outstanding invoices for payment.
  • Inputting data into the accounting system to ensure accurate payment and allocation.
  • Ensuring all EFT payments are processed and recorded accurately.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and taking action to follow up on missing invoices.
  • Addressing queries from external suppliers and internal staff promptly and in a friendly manner.
  • Completing ad hoc reporting and administrative duties as required.
