Job Description
Onsite ServiceNow SME ITAM
- 10 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprisewide multitier ServiceNow production environment
- Handson experience in implementing APM SPM TPM in ServiceNow
- Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes.
- Develop ServiceNow ITBM configuration including Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities Information Objects Business Applications and Application Services
- Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules.
- Knowledge of Discovery Service Mapping SAM APM implementations in ServiceNow.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Administration certification
- ServiceNow APM Implementation Specialist Certification(various tracks)
