Evaluates, facilitates, and promotes patient flow, coordinates discharge planning and team rounding.

Champions department improvement activities.
Assumes responsibility for mentoring, coaching and staff development. Contributes to performance evaluations.
Coaches and supports nursing staff in the application of advanced clinical skills and critical thinking to support patient.
