Purpose of the job:
The Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that
products meet established quality standards and regulatory
requirements. This position is responsible for developing
implementing and managing quality control processes to
enhance product quality customer satisfaction and overall
operational efficiency

Maintaining partywise specification & artwork /
Customer wise file. Giving specification acceptance
Maintaining calibration record of lab instruments.
Looking after online Quality issues. Attaining customer
complaints
Sending CAPA report to customer &keeping records for
the same. Maintaining the SOP file for all operations and
displaying.
Updating and maintaining the internal complaints record
with an action plan. Consolidate supplier issues
circulating
Daily Rejection report verification and actions. Daily
report to management
To check the boxes for hygiene. Customer complaint
sheet update and maintaining. Effectiveness verification
of corrective actions
Responsible for maintaining Master samples customer
samples Shade cards Glass papers& controlled copy
Data Analysis and costsaving activity
Conduct training programs for quality improvement
Action plan for the quarantine materials
Checking and verification of Pending MRR like Paper
Customer rejection
Coordinating with the customer and sharing the
required supporting documents
Daily review meeting about Quality complaints
Display of onepoint lesson/quality
alert/checkpoint/visual inspection standard to improve
the quality
Weekly Department shift schedule to HR.
Monitoring the cost of poor quality and its action plan
Rejection analysis and improvements

Education
Dip or BE Printing & Technology or other Eng. degree
Experience
Total No of years of experince required is 15 years
out of which 10 years should be in corrugation
industry.
Good Knowledge in ERP System and all
Transactions if worked in Finsys will be added
advantage
