Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• 3 Years of Fulltime software engineering experience
• Skilled in creating scalable backend platforms utilising a wellbalanced combination of frameworks design patterns and optimised data structures.
• Having a keen eye for quality recognises an ideal test case and loves to experiment to find effective ways to test your code.
• Experience working with orchestration engines such as Temporal and dataintegration platforms such as Airbyte.
• Should have a strong proficiency in Python with a particular emphasis on effectively handling data using data frames in Python.
• Has a history of working with and actively developing distributed systems.
• Embraces the role of mentoring fellow developers and coaching them to collectively work towards improvement.
• Considers Functional Requirements as one facet and aims to create products/platforms that are a delight to work with operationally.
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC.
• Having proficiency in any language like Go NodeJS or Rust would set you apart.
• Expertise in any RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ Kafka and protocols.
• Understand CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud providers like AWS GCP or Azure.
• Seen extensive scale and understands the evolutionary technical challenges.
