Responsibilities:
Creating and sending personal strategic valueadd emails calls and social
messages (no copying and pasting)
Identifies prospects through various lead generation activities including tradeshow
direct mailing advertising cold calling on key industry players and referral program.
Updating and maintaining prospect database daily on CRM.
Research on prospects to understand their purchase decision makers decision
making process and criteria and their needs.
Learn and execute the sales process for Workday products and services by staying
fully informed of the prescribed sales process.
Drive new business/customer development to meet weekly monthly and annual
sales goals by planning for and conducting prospecting/introductory calls with
sufficient volume to establish a full calendar of phone meetings and application
demonstrations.
Educational Background:
Bachelors Degree in Associates Business Technical Marketing Military Communications
Humanities Education.
Desired Skills and experience:
Strong written and verbal communication
Organization and strong listening skills
Well versed with Windows and MS office suite including PPT Excel and Word
Position requires strong funnel management skills.
Experience working on Zoho CRM is desired.
Experience in account management is desirable.

Candidate enjoys talking to people and they generally like talking to her/him.
Candidate demonstrates ability to be organized resourceful and selfmotivated with
a good work ethic.
Candidate has experience closing deals and can effectively negotiate on the spot.
Bonus if candidate has experience in a sales call centre environment.
Experience in researching prospect contact information and best ways to get in touch
with them.
