About The Role:
Yusudi in collaboration with the Women for Green Jobs (W4GJ) program is supporting Plexus Energy in its search for a marketer to join its team as a Marketing Executive. She will be responsible for content creation digital advertising and brand visibility and play a key role in driving lead generation for solar home installations from managing online platforms. This position offers a chance to shape the Plexus Energy narrative and make a meaningful impact on the green energy revolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development and Engagement:
You will develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels such as the company website blog and social media platforms.
You will collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and create content that resonates with our target audience.
You will oversee social media accounts engage with the audience and create a consistent online presence.
Marketing Collateral:
You will design and create marketing flyers brochures and promotional materials to effectively communicate Plexus Energys offerings.
You will monitor and analyze campaign performance providing insights for continuous improvement.
Manage and update the company website ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
Brand Awareness:
You will plan execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
You will ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
You will explore partnerships sponsorships and other opportunities to increase brand exposure.
You will implement strategies to enhance the brand visibility in the market.
Others:
You will provide marketing support to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
You will stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
You will conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
You have a proven experience in content creation digital marketing and brand management.
You are proficient in graphic design tools and digital marketing platforms.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You have a creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
