The hotel offers 304 spacious rooms including 4 club floors and 36 luxurious suites. Each room is designed to meet the needs and the expectations of the modern traveler. From sophisticated dining experiences to a taste of traditional romance, InterContinental® Bahrain offers its guest new tastes and unique gourmet treats. With a wide selection of dining options ranging from international, Italian, steakhouse and lounges, InterContinental® Bahrain promises to delight your palate.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Greets hotel guests, from escorting guests to rooms to assisting in arranging reservations, enhances personal recognition and prompt attentions to guests from their arrivals to their departure to ensure a pleasant and satisfying stay at the hotel.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensures hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements
  • Seeks verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and responds to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Keeps close contact with guests for feedback, complaints and compliments – and following it up
  • Manages, records and resolves guest or customer complaints promptly
  • Keeps other operating departments in the loop with important guest relations matters – from Food and Beverage and Maintenance to Housekeeping and Front Office

What We Need From You

  • Arabic speaker
  • At least one (1) year experience in the same field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a warm, friendly and welcoming personality.
  • Be engaging, outgoing and confident.
  • Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service.
