Job Description
Our Client is a leading FMCG multinational looking to Hire a Supply Planning Analyst based in Dubai.
To ensure the company s supply meets the customers demand. As a supply chain specialist to oversee the company s supply chains ensure timely delivery and keep the company on budget. Constantly improving the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. The position
requires excellent attention to detail indepth understanding of the Consumer Goods delivery process and exceptional analytics skills. From interpersonal and problemsolving skills to information gathering from different departments to recommend ways of improving the supply chain.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and collect data on current operations including material sourcing production scheduling and delivery to warehouse.
Single point of contact for Master creation and update for MENA region.
Execution of routine SAP transactions for booking inventory (RM/PM/FG)
Monitor Finished Goods (FG) Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) Inventory and prepare dashboards for easy action planning and execution.
Conduct Finished Goods Inventory reconciliation at month end ( SAP inventory vs Warehouse management system Inventory)
Track daily FG compliance to plan and reporting.
Follow up on RM/PM Shortages for the month with 3rd Party sites and Vendors and ensure compliance to FG plan.
Publish key RM/PM issues for forward months basis forecast.
Participation in Supply Planning Automation projects
Analyze data to determine areas for performance improvement and ontime plan delivery.
Investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.
Gather data on each step within the supply chain using it to recommend changes to improve serviceability
Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues develop solutions and implement changes
Create performance reports for management to review
Updating of management dashboards and KPIs for management to review
ROLE RELATIONSHIPS:

Team Currently this is an Individual Contributor role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in supply chain management logistics business management or related fields.
Four or more years; experience in a supply management role or related position.
Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data
