Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with leaders and cross-functional teams in Central Eastern Europe (policy, marketing, engineers, operations, site program managers) to create and lead effective internal communications to our employees locally.
- Create strategic communications campaigns to engage and inform employees in Poland, as well as communicate with employees in our global headquarters in Mountain View about the work and impact of Googlers across Central Eastern Europe.
- Recommend solutions to enhance and build cultures in our offices.
