Overview:
The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization overseeing the longterm relationships with a portfolio of key clients. This position is crucial for driving revenue growth ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand the clients business strategies and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet clients needs
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare reports on account status
- Resolve issues and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients satisfaction
- Manage and lead a team of account executives
- Set and track sales account targets
- Participate in exhibitions conferences and events
- Drive continuous improvement within the key account management process
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Indepth knowledge of market research and sales forecasting
- Leadership skills with a resultsdriven approach
- Flexibility to travel as needed
