Our client an agricultural production and export company committed to delivering highquality products to global markets currently has an opening for an Executive Assistant in Abuja. An ideal candidate for this role should be wellorganized and possess great planning and time management skills. Ultimately he/she will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact among executives employees clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage CEO s calendars and set up meetings
Format information for internal and external communication memos emails presentations reports
Take minutes during meetings
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
Filing and retrieving corporate records documents and reports
Helping prepare for meetings
Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives
Using various software including word processing spreadsheets databases and presentation software
Reading and analyzing incoming memos submissions and distributing them as needed
Experience as a virtual assistant
Opening sorting and distributing incoming faxes emails and other correspondence
Provide general administrative support
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting toplevel executives.
First degree or its equivalent in a technical field (B.SC. degree in an agricultural field is a plus)
Experience in the agricultural industry is an added advantage.
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and other relevant software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
High level of professionalism and adaptability.
