Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of web analytics tools and CRM software.
Responsibilities:
Website Management: Oversee the daytoday operations of the ecommerce website ensuring products are accurately listed priced and promoted.
Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging and SEOfriendly content for product listings blogs and other online platforms.
Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities for increasing online sales.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and products are delivered on time.
Analytics and Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website performance and generate regular reports on key metrics making datadriven decisions to improve performance.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaborations: Work closely with other departments such as marketing sales and IT to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business goals.
