At Lumiform our gotomarket/growth strategy is anchored in a solid inbound marketing approach focusing on organic growth through content and SEO. This tactic attracts thousands of new signups monthly.
We are seeking a Head of Growth to elevate our demand generation and manage the whole customer lifecycle. Your role involves crafting and executing strategies to enhance customer acquisition conversion retention and lifetime value through a datadriven approach.
You will bring a proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses through a datadriven growthoriented approach complemented by a handson mentality.
At Lumiform you will take the helm of a dedicated team comprising 3 members alongside collaborating with specialized external agencies. Your mission will be to spearhead our efforts in refining our user funnel aiming for a 10% monthly growth in website traffic and signups while also focusing on optimizing conversion rates across the entire user lifecycle.

Strategy Development: Create and continuously refine a growth marketing strategy to drive the companys revenue targets.
Project Execution: Oversee project management for the inbound marketing engine and website development as well as funnel optimizations ensuring timely and effective implementation while working with crossfunctional teams (tech design SEO content etc.).
Customer Acquisition: Full responsibility for optimizing organic and paid customer acquisition channels.
Conversion Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance prospecttocustomer conversion rates
Customer Retention: Implement strategies to accelerate customer engagement reduce churn and boost lifetime value (LTV).
Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel to analyze and enhance key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and LTV.
Leadership: Guide nurture and motivate a team of Content and SEO managers to to deliver impactful growth strategies.
