Finance SOP Compliance Specialist

• Develop implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial processes in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Regularly review and update existing SOPs to ensure they align with changing regulatory requirements.

• Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and ensure the organizations financial practices adhere to statutory requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify financial compliance and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

• Prepare comprehensive reports on financial compliance status highlighting potential areas of improvement.
• Maintain accurate and organized records related to financial processes and compliance activities.

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including finance legal and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment on compliancerelated matters.
• Provide guidance and support to different departments on compliancerelated issues

• Conduct training sessions to educate finance and other relevant teams on SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Foster a culture of compliance awareness within the organization.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. Additional certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs are a plus.

• 25 years of experience in Finance SOP Compliance preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
