Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of actuarial data sources.
• Identify opportunities for improved data use and more insightful actuarial analysis.

• Manage quarterly and yearend solvency capital requirements.
• Produce required QRTs and financial reporting outputs.
• Develop and embed an effective capital management framework.
• Provide recommendations on capital optimisation related to reinsurance investment and business strategy
• Lead the calculation of Solvency II risk margins and IFRS17 risk adjustment.

Other:

• Mentor and manage team members ensuring quality work.
• Automate processes for data preparation reporting and visualisation.
• Support reinsurer requests and maintain professional qualifications.

You Will Be:

• Studying towards a Fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA) or equivalent actuarial exams.
• Significant nonlife capital modelling experience.
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive autonomous and able to deputize for the Head of Capital.
