Job Description
Delivery of items and fixation of the same at the customer's place Rectification of the various deliveries and problems raised by the customers at times,looking and assessing the magnitude of the problem in consultation with the delivery section Fixing furniture displays on retail floor in case of big projects Training of the new carpenters Carrying an updated tool box while at the customer'splace Responsible for the tool box provided by the company To ensure highest level of customer service To provide feedback about the product and also customers' feedback about the product to the delivery section Rectifying damages in the workshop Ensuring Safety and security of the goods during deliveries Ensure time frame for the fixing of items at customer place Try and devise ways of increasing per day delivery targets i.e. efficiency output Train other team members of delivery team towards a synchronized way of operation.
