Job Description
- Delivery of items and fixation of the same at the customer's place
- Rectification of the various deliveries and problems raised by the customers at times, looking and assessing the magnitude of the problem in consultation with the delivery section
- Fixing furniture displays on retail floor in case of big projects
- Training of the new carpenters
- Carrying an updated tool box while at the customer's place
- Responsible for the tool box provided by the company
- To ensure highest level of customer service
- To provide feedback about the product and also customers' feedback about the product to the delivery section
- Rectifying damages in the workshop
- Ensuring Safety and security of the goods during deliveries
- Ensure time frame for the fixing of items at customer place
- Try and devise ways of increasing per day delivery targets i.e. efficiency output
