You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic PreSales Closer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. As a PreSales Closer you will be a key player in our sales team engaging with potential clients understanding their IT requirements and leading the efforts to secure successful deals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT solutions and services coupled with a proven track record of closing complex sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Qualification:
Identify and qualify potential leads in the IT sector through targeted research and outreach.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the IT requirements of prospective clients.
Product/Service Presentation:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IT solutions and services.
Customize presentations to align with specific client needs and address technical concerns.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to create comprehensive and compelling proposals.
Ensure proposals are technically sound and meet the unique needs of each client.
Negotiation and Closing:
Engage in strategic negotiations to address technical concerns and objections.
Successfully close deals meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients understanding their technical landscape.
Provide ongoing support and information throughout the presales process.
Market Insight:
Stay abreast of IT industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies.
Utilize market insights to position our IT solutions effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales technical and marketing teams to align strategies and share industry intelligence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in presales sales engineering or a similar role within the IT industry.
Indepth knowledge of IT solutions and services including but not limited to software development infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex IT concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
