You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible to monitor the implementation and delivery process of the training programs, collect and analyse the training evaluation and assessment and provide reports to the leaders on training and developmental program, implementation, effectiveness, equipment, safety, near misses etc.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analyse all training data and present regular reports.
- Follow training center KPI’s and coordinate with PQ department in such activity.
- Make and present all reports (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi yearly, Yearly) and other requested report.
- Establish and coordinate budget with FND.
- Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification
- Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line with Kahramaa health and safety regulations
