Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of an esteemed international industrybased client with over 20000 employees worldwide. We have an exceptional opportunity available for individuals seeking accelerated growth into a leadership role within a strategic program.
This unique opportunity is tailored for candidates with a background in toptier strategy consulting firms or similar calibre experience. We prioritize candidates with approximately 3 to 4 years of robust strategy consulting experience in a consulting environment coupled with fluency in Dutch or French.
Requirements
As part of this strategic program successful candidates will have the chance to rotate across various business units within the first three years. This rotational approach aims to cultivate a deep understanding of factors driving growth and equip candidates with the expertise to provide strategic guidance to leadership.
Upon successful completion of the program individuals can expect rapid advancement into Head of/leadership roles working closely with top management and the CEO. This position is based in Belgium and we are actively hiring with immediate effect.
