We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Machine Learning & AI Software Engineer for our Team in Pune.
At L4B Software you will:
- Manage endtoend data science and machine learning projects.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Provide technical leadership in designing and optimising machine learning pipelines for forecasting models and customer segmentation.
- Develop and execute data strategies for largescale projects
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and security.
- Contribute to the formulation of business strategies.
- Provide insights derived from advanced analytics and machine learning models.
- Implement and automate machine learning pipelines for tasks such as waste classification code prediction and invoice auditing.
- Author and automate machine learning pipelines for customer segmentation algorithms utilising advanced techniques and tools.
- Implement Generative AI techniques to enhance document processing workflows.
- Leverage cloud platforms and tools including Azure AWS EC2 and GCP for efficient model development and deployment.
Requirements
What you will bring:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
- 5 years of handson experience in Data Science Generative AI Machine Learning and MLOps.
- Proven track record of leading and managing largescale data science and machine learning projects.
- Expertise in cloud platforms including Azure AWS EC2 and GCP.
- Extensive experience with Python SQL ML Models and various data science tools.
- Strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques.
- Strong experience of cloud technologies databases (Microsoft Azure SQL SQL Server MySQL MongoDB BigQuery) and programming languages (Python).
- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms including Azure AWS EC2 ...etc.

What you will bring: Proficiency in Python programming. Familiarity with Data Science packages, including NLTK, Spacy, PyTorch, Keras/TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, etc. Expertise in text prepossessing, cleaning, and formatting. Nice to have experience in data prepossessing. Experience with versioning frameworks like Git. In-depth understanding and knowledge of NLP projects. Familiarity with API frameworks and their security, such as Flask, FAST, etc. Familiarity with model training and evaluation processes, especially Language Model Models (LLM s). Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ability to collaborate closely with Team Lead and AI/ML Engineers. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.
