Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand information lifecycle management requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP ILM.
- Design and implement SAP ILM solutions including data archiving retention management and data destruction strategies.
- Configure SAP ILM modules to meet business needs ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain data retention policies and schedules in compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide technical expertise and support for SAP ILM implementation projects including troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
- Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to educate endusers on SAP ILM functionality and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP ILM features and enhancements and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including SAP Basis Security and Compliance to ensure seamless integration of SAP ILM with other systems and processes.
- Participate in system upgrades patches and migrations related to SAP ILM components.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting thirdparty tools and technologies that complement SAP ILM functionality.
