Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of B2B Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing. The Associate Director will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand visibility in the B2B space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives target audience and market trends.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients. This includes digital marketing content marketing email marketing events and other relevant channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends customer needs and competitive insights. Utilize findings to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns accountbased marketing (ABM) and partnership programs.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling B2B marketing collateral
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop tools and resources that support the sales process including presentations product sheets and customer success stories.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of B2B marketing initiatives. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of B2B marketing professionals providing guidance feedback and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles tactics and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact.
