• Support the Information Technology needs of an offshore office in terms of onboarding resources procurement and offboarding tasks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users.
• Record activities solutions and other responses to requests for service.
• Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
• Maintain systems applications security and network configurations.
• Support and manage integration with other enterprise software utilized by the organization.
• Support PC hardware components desktop operating system software and application software.
• Prepare project documentation and procedures.
• Execute upgrades patches new applications and equipment implementation.
• Analysis of hardware and software in a distributed networking environment utilizing accepted network management and monitoring software and systems.
• Identify and report system issues to vendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors.
• Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware adware and/or viruses.
• Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment.
• Contribute to Employ IT technical documentation and participate in policy procedure and standards development.
• Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
• Provide backup technical support for network components including router firewall and wireless access points.
• Maintain open communication and a positive working relationship with staff.
• Perform other technical duties as assigned.
• System Integration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement seamless data flows.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms.
• User Training and Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and best practices.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies to safeguard financial and business data.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including finance IT and business operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience being responsible for systems administration in a SaaS software company.
• 2 years of relevant cloud SaaS or onpremises system administration experience with Windows and Mac devices.
• 1 years of experience administrating a Microsoft 365 environment and applications.
• Previous leadership experience managing team members and a technology infrastructure environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 GSuite iOS macOS and Windows OS.
• Experience supporting users laptops and mobile devices who are remotely distributed.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure technologies and products is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS products is a plus.
• Experience using cloud identity and access management tools preferably Okta is a plus.
• Experience scripting with Python PowerShell VBScript or Bash is a plus.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
