A reputable Software Acquisition industry is looking for a dedicated M&A Manager to join their team.

Purpose of the Role:

• This is an opportunity to be a key contributor in a rapidly growing software consolidator.
• To support our growth you will help lead a team of M&A Associates/Analysts in Karachi and be responsible for scaling processes around duediligence and M&A execution.
• The design of the role will be such that the selected candidate is an integral part of the entire Banyan M&A team working directly with Associates Directors and VPs across the globe in a highenergy collaborative environment.
• Near term goals include getting up to speed on the Banyan acquisition strategy overseeing the development and growth of a young and motivated team of Associates/Analysts.
• By understanding the role played by the M&A team on transaction execution and helping to build best in class M&A processes for supporting financial and operational due diligence and opportunity review on potential acquisition targets.
• Required Education & skills for Position:
• As a minimum a reputable bachelors degree in finance and a professional designation (ACCA CFA) being an asset
• We are looking for people that have the following experiences; Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Corporate finance Firm AdvisoryRequired Experience for the position:

7 9 years of experience required

Working hours: 1:00pm 9:00pm

Shift: Evening
