- BS-level education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ Years’ experience in commercial positions within the catalyst industry.
- Strong knowledge of catalytic applications – refinery, FCC, polymer production, waste valorisation. Knowledge of zeolite catalysis would be highly desirable.
- Ability and experience in communicating at all levels within large petrochemical businesses, Engineers to Senior Leadership and every stage in-between.
- Track record in value-selling specialty products within niche market areas.
- Demonstrated success at developing and closing a strong and varied pipeline of new business in the chemicals industry.
