What you will be doing:
- Take charge of the companys financial planning budgeting and forecasting guiding us toward success.
- Lead the way in financial reporting crafting insightful monthly quarterly and annual statements.
- Ensure our financial operations meet the highest standards of compliance and regulation.
- Dive into financial analysis uncovering opportunities to drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Safeguard our financial health by managing cash flow working capital and mitigating risk.
- Collaborate crossdepartmentally to maximise financial performance and achieve our business goals.
- Inspire and guide our accounting and finance team members fostering growth and success.
- Champion process improvements and efficiency initiatives ensuring our finance function operates at its best.
- Share your financial insights and recommendations with senior management and stakeholders guiding our path forward.
What you need:
- Qualified CA(SA) registered with SAICA.
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent financial acumen and analytical abilities.
- Experience in the Fintech space is a plus but not required.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to overall business strategy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
