We are looking for a seasoned product designer to join our growing team and take ownership of the design of some key areas of our product. This role will primarily be responsible for design experience of one of Yubis product while also mentoring a team of designers

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders derive problem statements and plan design engagements.
  

• Estimate timelines and deliverables of self help peers and juniors to accurately define scope of project.
  

• Ideate and implement solutions that overlap customer needs design and technology.
  

• Help us to determine the product strategy and vision.
  

• Proactively launch efforts to improve different aspects of the product.
  

• Collaborate with Product Managers Engineers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until its launch.
  

• Ensuring design quality consistency and coherence within the product.
  

• Seek feedback from peer designers to continually raise our bar for quality.
  

• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and userfriendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  

• Collaborate and conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on designs and do iterations according to feedback.
  

• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
  

• Create prototypes to solve difficult UX problems.
  

• Create high quality visual designs with an immense amount of accuracy and consistency.
  

• Ability to articulate designs through immersive visual narrative to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  

• High interest in culture building team collaborations and being a role model in many design initiatives.
  

• Focus on AI methodologies of problem solving in design space to increase efficiency and being future ready.
  

• Research learn and implement design guidelines best practices and design standards.
  

• Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions.
  

Requirements

• 8 years of experience designing Fintech B2B SaaS applications consumer applications and ideally enterprise in fastpaced active environments.
  

• Your portfolio should show your problem solving skills combined with the results and learning in a particular project.
  

• Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to quickly translate both qualitative and quantitative datadriven insights into actions.
  

• You have designed and shipped multiple apps or have gone through multiple release cycles on a larger project.
  

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  

• Excellent communication skills & attention to details. Articulation and storytelling skills are a must.
  

• Connect insights drawn from research studies to design technical requirements and product strategy
  

• Youll play a key part in hiring onboarding and improving our teams culture and engagement.
  

• Work with a team to improve culture and team processes.
  

Note: We understand that not every designer has an active portfolio due to NDA constraints. In those cases you can send us a brief about your projects which should include the problem statement your approach results and key learnings.
