Skills Required:

• Cloud Services: Proficient in AWS services like Elastic Beanstalk CloudFormation IAM etc.
  
• Infrastructure as Code: Skilled in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
  
• Scripting: Proficiency in Python Bash and PowerShell for automation tasks.
  
• CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins for automating build test and deployment processes.
  
• Version Control: Proficient in Git for source code management.
  
• Security and Compliance: Understanding of security standards (FedRAMP PCI HIPAA).
  
• Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with CloudWatch Grafana Prometheus Solarwinds PagerDuty.
  
• Cloud Security: Knowledge of implementing security best practices and tools like Twistlock Tenable Nessus.
  
• OnCall Support: Ability to respond promptly to alerts troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
  
• Customer Focus: Ensuring 24x7 availability of SaaS products hosting customer data.
  
• Change Management: Experience with infrastructure changes upgrades and change tickets.
  
• Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams effectively.
  
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
