Job Responsibilities
- Perform safety checks to ensure road readiness.
- Follow and maintain loading protocols using load bars to secure cargo and rechecking their stability throughout trips.
- Perform pretrip and posttrip.
- Adhere to traffic safety regulations always exercise caution in treacherous circumstances and report unsafe vehicle or road conditions to dispatch and highway authorities.
- Use GPS to stay informed of route information and communicate with dispatch and colleagues using CB radio and cab computer.

Compensation:
$0.60 Mile
- Generally OTR is two weeks home five days or three weeks OTR and one week home.
- Direct deposit paid biweekly.
- 100% notouch freight.
- NO loading or lifting.
- No force dispatch.
- ELD provided.
- Easypass provided.

- Loads start in Houston TX and go to the southern states midwest and northwest; there is no west coast.
- Company trucks have prepass (drivers do not stop at weigh stations)
- No pets or smoking in the truck. (A $400 fine will apply.)

Requirements
What you ll need:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Updated medical card (within six months).
- Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with two years of experience.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- Must be able to speak read and write in English to communicate with the general public understand highway traffic signs and signals in English respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records.
- No current CDL suspension or revocation.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and good DAC Report.
- No tickets or accidents in the past three years.
- Clean background.
- Must pass a DOT physical and preemployment drug screen.
- Ability to learn effectively and operate a GPS.
- Must be able to use handheld technology and smartphone applications.
- Ability to scale up to 44000 pounds.
- Ability to secure loads with straps.

- Driver cannot do backward loads.
- No loaded trucks parked at home or on the side of the road (ONLY AT A MAJOR TRUCK STOP).
